Kitchen: $450/month + annual license
15 hours of a kitchen and prep station*
Non-shared, fully equipped kitchen and prep station during your booked hours
1 shelf of refrigeration and 1 shelf of dry storage

If you need 100+ hours or are looking for something custom, please contact us. Full time dedicated kitchens are available upon request.
Already renting? We’ll consider your contract.

Warehouse storage
Food tasting area ($100/hour)
The annual license will enable you to set up your business and apply for an annual business license and a Caterer, Mobile Food Facility, or Temporary Food Facility permit, with approval from Timothy Kitchens.
*Kitchen hours must be booked ahead of time.
**Additional kitchen hours will be billed at $25/hour.
All additional hours must be prepaid. If not prepaid, we will bill you at the end of the month at $30/hour.

One Time Rental: $600
1If you’re looking to use our kitchens for a single time, our kitchens can be rented for one time events:
6 hours of a fully equipped kitchen and prep station.
Additional hours are charged at $35/hour
