• Maintain current liability insurance naming Timothy Kitchens, Inc. as additional insured
• Possess required food safety certifications
• Obtain necessary health permits from the appropriate jurisdiction

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official scheduling system
• Payment is due according to your membership agreement
• Cancellation policies apply as specified in your rental agreement
• Additional hours beyond your plan will be billed at the applicable rate

Facility Rules

You are responsible for maintaining liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 naming Timothy Kitchens, Inc. as additional insured. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timothy Kitchens from any claims arising from your use of the facilities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our facilities for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain required documentation, non-payment, or conduct that endangers others or the facility.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to facilities or that equipment will be free from defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timothy Kitchens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
